How fast do we get our video back?+
We start cutting on-site during the quieter stretches of the event, so a highlight reel typically lands within a few working days. Need it faster? 48-hour priority delivery is built into our Campaign and Annual plans – we cut through the night and it's in your inbox by 9am the morning after.
Do I need to provide a shot list or detailed brief?+
We handle it in the pre-event call. You tell us what matters – a product launch, a keynote, specific sponsors – and we build the shot list from there. You don't need to think in camera terms. Just tell us what you need to walk away with.
Do you have a crew where our event is?+
Almost certainly. We work with a network of vetted local crews across the continent's major conference cities, so wherever your event lands, we have people nearby – no flying a team in, no travel surcharges baked into your quote. We cover B2B events right across Europe – fintech, SaaS, AI, logistics, retail tech and healthcare: Money20/20, Gitex Europe, ViVaTech, DMEXCO, IBC, Web Summit – plus plenty of mid-tier events that don't make the headlines but matter to the right buyers. Tell us the city and date, and we'll confirm coverage on the spot.
Can you film at events where we're attending but not exhibiting?+
Yes – and some of our best work comes from exactly that. Side events, networking dinners, thought leadership panels, roundtables. You don't need a booth to have a presence worth capturing. We're used to working in complex venue environments and know how to stay out of the way.
What's the difference between a highlight reel and a brand film?+
A highlight reel is fast, punchy, and event-specific – it captures the moment and ships within days (or 48 hours on priority plans). A brand film is slower, more deliberate, usually 3–5 minutes – it's built to tell a bigger story about who you are and what you stand for. One goes on LinkedIn Monday morning. The other goes in your about page and your pitch deck. Both matter. They just do different things.
